trees

the ways to use it challenge today (at splitcoast stampers) was to make a card using trees. so i made these two cards. the first card is all supplies from su. i cleaned up all my scraps today, big pieces, small pieces and the pieces that were too small were thrown out. i have sooo many scraps i decided it would use them before i got out new papers. the second card is made from scraps, the dotted paper is the reversed side of the tree paper. seeing that earth day was this week i will be helping the earth. this week was vacation so i got a lot of cleaning of my stamp room done. hopefully, i will be able to find everything now. thanks for stopping by.

three red fish

made this card for the color challenge over at scs. we were to use real red, pumpkin pie, and pacific point. the stamp set is called by the tide. all supplies are from su. su has released the retiring sets. the new book should be out may 1st for demos and june 1st for customers. hope they have lots of good stuff.

chick with an apple

Bought some paper with a school theme a few weeks ago from Michaels. So i thought i would make a card with this cute little chick. I added some gogglie eyes and crystal effects to make the apple shiny.  I think it's finally spring in NH. went for a nice walk yesterday and again today. I hope the nice weather last for a while.
