red birthday

I made this card for a challenge over at The House That Stamps Built. You were to use black, white and any other color you wanted. I couldn't figure out how to post this on their site. The stamp set is called Timeless Talk and is from Stampin Up. I used cherry cobbler, black and white paper. Die cuts and some rhinestones. I don't know if any one looks at this blog, but I am stamping more and making more cards.

The sketch challenge over at scs was to make a topper card. this is what I came up with. the colors are smoky slate, gumball green, island indigo, tangerine tango, and daffodil delight. the dp is called watercolor wonder. all supplies are su except the big dig. used a bunch of su punches. thanks for looking.

musical birthday

Our strings teacher is having a birthday. what better than sheet music for a music teacher. I don't read music, so I hope this is a good song. all supplies are stampin up. the colors I used were very vanilla and black. hope she likes it.

birthday blossoms

there was a comforter either in the penney's flyer or kohl's fyler. it looked a little bit like this. I liked the colors together so I thought I would make a card. had two days off last week from school due to the snow storms, so a long weekend was nice. the paycheck won't be though. will be going back to school tomorrow, they are saying another storm is on the way for Tuesday. hope they are wrong. enjoy the rest of the weekend.

Made this card for two challenges over at SCS. One challenge was to make a square and the other challenge was to use red on your card. This is what I came up with. The stamp set is called Valentine Defined from SU. The colors used are real red and whisper white. Had no school today because of the snow storm. I'm wondering if we will be going tomorrow. bowl of cherries

This card is made with the stamp set called GIGGLE GREETINGS from SU. I used a blender pen and the ink from the ink pads to color the image. Then I added crystal effects, but the crystal effects must have gone bad because it was real thick. SO throwing it out and will have to order more. The paper is from October Afternoon.
