layered daisy

Made this for a challenge over at SCS. Had to stack something. So I stacked 8 layers of daisy and 2 layers of butterfly. Last day of my Sears vacation, go back to work on Monday. Only a week left before I go back to school. I'm really going to miss doing the challenges everyday. Thanks for looking and have a safe weekend with Irene coming to the east coast.

THe challenge at SCS today was to recycle something. THe ribbon is recycled from pj that were wrapped in the ribbon. I hope Irene doesn't wreck too much havoc with everyone and she just right by us. Good luck to you all.

embossed chandelier

The challenge over at SCS today was to use an embossed image as your main focal point. I've done this card 3 different time. I added pearls, I didn't like it. Then I made another one and added rhinestones, I didn't like it. So I just added a bow, and I like it. Thanks for looking.

Versamark Pear

I have figured out how to upload this card and put it on my blog all at the same time. I used to do it in two steps. What a time saver doing it all at once.
This card was made for the way to use it challenge. We had to use versamark any way we wanted to. So I embossed it with SU new Wild Wasabi embossing powder.

This was the sketch challenge over at SCS. I've done at least 5 challenges a week, sometimes 6 since schools been out. I will miss them when I go back to work in September. Then I will be back to two jobs and won't have the time. The colors I used: pear pizzazz, not quite navy, peach parfait,cajun craze and whisper white.The stamp set is SImply Soft.I also used some punches. All supplies are from SU. Have a wonderful day.

Christmas Card

This is the color challenge over at SCS. We had to use basic gray, tempting turquoise, and whisper white. THe stamp set is called Polar Party. I added dazzling diamonds to the bear and on the ground. My first of many christmas cards are done. Have a wonderful day.

THis is what a real vermillion looks like. I use poppy parade, marina mist and early easpresso. All supplies are from SU except the nesties. I always used watercolor crayons.
