this card was made for the sc over at scs.  all products are from su. i should find other challenges, some places you win free stamps. i just don't know where to go to start looking. my son gets married in 4 days. the final touches are being done. and i start my summer job tomorrow. i wonder if i could start on monday instead. oh well, we could use the money. thanks for stopping by, i should really figure the stuff out so it's fancier. that;s another day.

Made this card for the clean and simple challenge over at scs. all this stuff was laying on my table. found out today i do have a summer job. i will be cleaning the school. only thing i'm not crazy about is that i have to be there at 6 in the morning. i had a busy day today, went for 2 walks, took my mother to her radiation treatment, then we went to penneys, wal-mart and then went and picked my daughter up from work. mom was in good spirits and said we should go out more. i'm always trying to get her out of the house. today was a good day. 5 more days and i will be a mother in law, can't believe that my son is getting married on saturday. went had my first manicure and pedicure, they were wonderful, i can't wait to do it again. good thing i got that summer job. thanks for stopping by, will try to post more now that school is out.

Made this card for a friends son graduation. I can't believe he is all done with high school. just last week he was in kindergarten.This is from an  old SU set called year after year. I used the new itty bitty banner die and the itty bitty banner stamp set. Thanks for looking.

Still playing with my new stuff. This is a new embossing folder from SU, called argyle. This is also a new stamp set called Happy You, it's a hostess set. Used the new gumball green paper, bashful blue, so saffron, and pretty in pink. Thanks for looking.

Blue Birthday

Got new goodies today from SU. This is a background stamp, called Pleasant Poppies. I used  a stamp set called Itty Bitty Banners. The banner is made with the Framelits Bitty banners. I used the colors gumball green, bashful blue, marina mist, and summer starfruit. Only 8 more days of school left, then the summer off. My son's wedding is in less than 3 weeks. emily's first card

My future daughter in law needed a wedding card. She asked if she could come over a make one. I said sure, and this is what she came up with. She had so much fun. I think she did a good job.
